I contacted Kin Insurance, for estimates for my home, the insurance consultant, Jose Paragallo, walk me over the whole process. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable. He is a great asset for Kin Insurance, because he knows how to please and inform a customer. I am now part of the Kin family.

Have insurance with them 2 years maybe and all of the sudden they increase my insurance 49% of current. Called and ask what was that about? Response well we increase all across the board..I'm like I have not file any claims and all is well with my home? Response well few things your backyard shed is highly insured..I was not asked if I wanted that to be insured..then she said that to lower my insurance I needed a letter from my mortgage Co. That Hurricane coverage was not needed.. At the end of day I'm looking for other co. It's not acceptable to do business like this. I will call my clients who I refer to the co., and got insurance with Kin. This busines practice is wrong.
