PortugalThe agent, Alisha, was great! I would give her 5 Stars. We have a 2nd home in Debary, FL. We received our renewal notice. The price is going from $1,345 to $2,070, that's almost over 50% price increase. So, guess I'll have to start looking for other insurance. There is no justification for a 50% increase. Kin did list a group of items explaining the increase. All of the named items were the same as when we first took out insurance. I've noticed Kin is writing a lot of insurance in FL. We need to speak with our representatives about these increases and have more regulations on Kin's prices.

PortugalMirna was contacted by me to add solar panels installed on my home and she advised I would be called back by her in 24-48 hours after underwriters review my policy. Two and half hours later called me back to review my new premium and collect payment. Extremely efficient employee who keeps her word. Nowadays, that is very uncommon. Kin needs to value Mirna for her efficiency, integrity, honesty and wonderful customer service methods.
