PolandStay away from Kin Insurance, unless you like your rates being doubled with the renewal. I was swayed by Kin's low rates when I was shopping for homeowners insurance. It turns out they were low for a reason. To generate new business. However, when it came time to renew the policy, they doubled the rate. This is their ploy. Generate new business and then double their rate the following year. Buyer beware!!!

Gave me detailed information and asked questions to make sure that the changes would benefit me. The customer service from Kwame was exceptional the connection of concern and desire to help was beyond what I could every imagine thank you for everything and I look forward to another great year with Kin insurance.

GreeceI was a victim of UPC collapse in Florida. I needed a quick response. My broker offered Citizen or else a huge increase in premium. I heard mixed reviews so spoke to my Public Adjuster. He recommended Kin. In the space of a morning I had a new policy with comparable or better terms than Citizen and at a lower price. Very impressed.

PortugalI was online looking for a quote for insurance on my home. Jessica called me before I finished filling out the information. That is what I call fast service. She explained I could get a policy with flood insurance for just a little more than what I was paying for just home insurance. She was very detailed in explaining the policy to me. I thought about it over the weekend and discussed it with my son and we both agreed this was the best policy. Little did I know he had purchased insurance from this company for his home just a month earlier. I hope I don't have to use this insurance but it is comforting to know I have it if I need it in the future.

FranceWorst company ever. I tried to cancel my HO insurance before renewal because I found several other carriers with much lower rates, but KIN charged my credit card anyway $529. I tried to get my money back but they lied to me and said it would be expedited back into my account… they still haven’t returned my money. Crooks. Don’t do business with this company. I used Citizens Insurance…. Better rates. Better service!
