FranceI just had my second laser hair removal treatment from Laser Away Park Meadows location. This was even better than the first experience. This time I had Elizabeth (and will have every time after), she was fantastic. Very kind and friendly, but the winner for me is she is very meticulous. She made sure she wasn’t missing any parts. Underarms, widening that area to make sure all stragglers were lasered. Legs, making sure to get the crease where your legs bend when you sit. Always checking in to manage my comfort level. And I still stand by that only my underarms ever hurt. That frigid cold air ♥️. Her interest and care into my treatment was above and beyond in my opinion. The conversation went to how there were other areas I wanted done, but wasn’t in my package. When I signed up and had my consultation, Jared was very informative and suggested I wait to see how I felt after my initial session before making the decision to go to full body. So when Elizabeth and I were talking and I mentioned this, she said when we were done she would take a look and see about getting me upgraded. When I went to talk to Sam at reception she had already had the estimates for full body or just my arms. In that moment I went with just the arms, with the knowledge to decide on full body by my next session. Then they send me an email for Mother’s Day gift, in which I received $100 off a treatment. Someone immediately reached out, and I explained everything discussed at my appt. and I was able to use that gift towards my full body upgrade. Every single person I have interacted with, Sam, Jared (who gave me a follow up after all this to make sure I got everything I wanted), Elizabeth have been the highest quality of customer service. Job or not you have to a kindness in you to be able to share that level of understanding and empathy with a client to make them feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Jared for getting me to sign on the dotted line!
