Do NOT trust the emails and text messages!First zoom call with a sales person and they just pushed the process along, despite not even NOTICING the crepe skin, seemed very unprofessional and pushing services quickly so I didn't book.Weeks later received a deal so gave them another chance -- an hour of calls and video with different medical professionals and sales person saying it would be different, she even called the location while I was on the phone and said I could do 2 Thermage services in one day with a break in between.Received multiple confirmations of both appointments, requests for consent forms and having given all my medical info only to get there and neither appointment was scheduled... I was told they never do 2 appointments in 1 day AND my credit card was send the pending charge soon after being booked.I got the impression this wasn't uncommon with the sales people, but explain the plethora of reminders?I took a vacation day, lost money from a business appointment I lost, subway and uber costs... about $200 lost a lot of aggravation. Terrible waste !

DenmarkLaserAway performed bait-&-switch services for 2 of my hair removal appointments. The clinician held the laser too far away be effective, I had no results. I found out from another clinician who confirmed the laser should be almost touching. This qualifies as substitution for inferior services. When I brought it up via email (Dec 20 2021) LaserAway didn't respond. I brought it up again via survey and instead of being reimbursed or comped with appointments to make it right was told When we reach the end of your treatments, you can schedule a follow-up visit following your results & go from there. I requested to not have that clinician & was told it would go on my file. Through many concerns voiced to LaserAway, I was told to wait. When all my hair grew back after my 5th appointment, I reached out again with my concerns that I would like my money back if it wasn’t going to work. I was again told to wait until my last appointment before I could receive a resolution. I requested twice to have corporate call me & was told I would receive a call in 1-2 days. No call came. I had to ask a third time; one clinician was surprised the issue hadn't been resolved yet & requested a ticket to be submitted by the clinic director because corporate doesn't take ones submitted by receptionists as seriously. Finally I had my consultation without finishing all of my treatments.LaserAway refuses to refund me anything, even the 25%+ from the incorrectly performed procedures & those not fulfilled. Mandi Holmes is the most ineffective client experience person ever and it sounds like I'm not alone in this. She won't provide a real resolution, but 'offering' less than half of what I am owed as a 'courtesy' seems reasonable to her.LaserAway bait-&-switched services as well as resolution, communicated poorly & sometimes not at all when I had concerns, & misled me for a year until it was too late for a refund because I had gone to my appointments like the company insisted I do instead of coming up with a solution. I spent $3,693 just to be treated like a nuisance instead of a concerned customer. I have reported Laser Away to the BBB without any resolution from the company.Avoid this company like the PLAGUE. I will be sharing my story and following up with legal services until they actually provide a solution.

GreeceThis is the best self care money I have ever spent on myself. I have really bad issues with razor rash with ant and every area that I need to shave. My first treatment was so wonderful, I felt zero pain, and most of all… I had zero bumps during grow back. I am truly amazed. I did the sunset package; I am so happy that I did this for myself. Both the staff on Hawaii, and Buckhead market place are a blessing. Funny, nice, and most all all genuine. Lazer away truly wants the best for all of thief clients and it really shows. Thank you all so much for excellent service!

FinlandThe laser did not work at all, it actually made me hairier and they are refusing to refund me except what they claim it would have cost. There prices are outrageous. They are soooo rude too. I hate them and regret my service with them.
