Quicken is so easy to use! I and download from my bank's website, input into quicken and never miss an entry! I use it for mine and my mother's finances.

It was easy to renew my membership. The customer service rep was very helpful. She transferred me to technical support but I got disconnected. I did not call back as I am afraid that I will get a representative that I can not understand. My problem is I changed from Windows 10 to 11. I do not know how to use either program. When I finished my April checking statement I did not know how to save it. Normally I just save it to my computer. I did not see that option so I tried One Drive. I know nothing about One Drive.All I know is the January thru March 2023 information is gone. I do not know how to retrieve. I need a step by step book on how to use Quicken. I am not good finding what I need on the Internet. I am the type of person that could mess up a two car parade. I am a senior and I also have some problems seeing.Please help. Thank you

I can't manage to reconcile on line and it has totally screwed up my banking since I got a new computer. Very frustrating.
