100% SCAMMERSI have been trying for nearly TWO YEARS to get the SCAMMERS at gate.io to own up to their SCAMMY / FAULTY (I initially assumed faulty but now it appears to definitely be a deliberate scam) software but they simply ignore 95% of support requests.I placed and order and used their stoploss to protect my position in December 2020. However, when I returned from holiday I saw the stoploss had failed and I was liquidated at massive loss.I spent 2 YEARS trying to get them to reply and explain following up every few days to the support ticket in vain as they almost never reply. If they do reply they send a useless copy and paste not answering the question.The only decent reply I got in 2 years (approx 100 followups) is you did not have balance in your account so the stoploss failed.
